Model Release & Content Consent

At Sud Africa Explicita, all content is produced with the full, informed consent of every performer involved.

Model Age Verification

Before any content is produced, all models are required to provide government-issued photo identification confirming they are at least 18 years of age and a signed, dated model release form authorizing the production and distribution of the content.

Record Retention (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Signed model release forms and age verification documents are retained for the legally mandated period. These records are stored securely and are available for inspection by the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Minors Protection

We have zero tolerance for content involving minors. Any report of underage content is immediately investigated and acted upon in full cooperation with law enforcement.
